First off, What is Nutrition?
Good nutrition means getting the right amount of nutrients from healthy foods in the right combinations. Having nutritional knowledge and making smart choices about the foods you eat will help you achieve optimum health over your lifetime. This is the key to avoiding obesity, illness, and many of today’s most prevalent chronic diseases. For me personally, nutrition translates into health, and health is freedom. A poor diet can have a serious impact on health, (mind, body & spirit) and deprive us of that freedom. Being healthy not only makes us feel great, it enables us to enjoy life to its fullest.
This is why good nutrition is so important to me, and the same should go for you. My ethos is simple; eat wholefoods, eat organic where possible and eliminate wheat and refined sugar don’t over complicate it and keep it balanced.

As a qualified chef for over 20 years and a qualified personal trainer with diplomas in nutrition I provide many services. If it involves food, health & fitness I’m in. Cooking from the comfort of your home kitchen I will create a bespoke meal plan upon your food request to keep you fueled with nutrient dense food each day.
All of my meals are calorie calculated and created in providing energy and nutrients our bodies require for optimal wellbeing. I focus on incorporating nutrient dense power foods, food practices like fermentation to help aid gut health, germination & sprouting to help reduce phytic acid in nuts and wholegrains and if you have any dietary requirements or intolerance’s I’ve got that covered too.
