My name is Kevin Bryant, and I am a Recipe Developer, Consultant, Private Chef & Health Coach specialising within the health food market.
I am a classically trained chef, personal trainer & nutritional advisor with a deep understanding on how to live a happy and healthy life through good food and exercise. I have 10 years experience as a fitness professional and over two decades as a Professional Chef working for some of the industries biggest restaurants and hotels.
The past 10 years has allowed me to combine my personal training & nutrition qualifications to coincide with my vast experience as a chef to create nutritionally balanced dishes, menus and meal plans as a consultant developing for companies or privately to help you achieve your health goals.
For many years now I have worked for numerous leading health food companies, helping them gain international recognition and acclaim developing health conscious recipes and dishes for high profile clients, including supermodels, actors, fashion designers and sportsmen and women. My development work currently grace the shelves in Ocado, Planet Organic, Sourced Market & London’s leading gyms such as Equinox, BXR & Barry's Bootcamp. My Recipe development and food styling have also been featured in numerous publications such as Men's Health, British GQ, Evening Standard and The Pure Package recipe book “The Diet of Food Lovers.”
These opportunities have also allowed me to be truly creative with my skills which has also lead me into developing personalized meal plans and training sessions to offer a totally bespoke package for many of my clients.
